  • Direct-Mail: Agnes Scott College, alumnae travel event - 4-panel roll fold brochure self-mailer with perforated registration form, 5.5x11, folded
  • Direct-Mail: Agnes Scott College, annual fund - postcard, 7x5
This postcard-mailer was part of a 5-piece set aimed at various age groups. This set mirrored the main brochures in design, which were self-mailers with built-in envelopes. This entire set, brochures and postcards, won a CASE III, 2005 Advancement Award of Excellence for Educational Fundraising. • Direct-Mail: The Gallery at South DeKalb, special, opening-night gala event at new state-of-the-art movie theater. This invitation sent in a matching red envelope (with a seal promoting a film festival coinciding with the opening) has a very special design. See next image for further illustration. -
  • Direct-Mail: The Gallery at South DeKalb, special event -
This invitation fully opened has a pop-up effect. The fold is accordion-style. There are die-cuts at the top and bottoms of each picture in the film strip. There is also a score for a fold down the center vertically on each of the images in the film strip. So, when it opens, each image alternately pops in and out (upon opening, the first gentleman's picture pops-in, so, when the invitation is folded on the cover, there is a reveal to the very back panel in the red box where it says "VIP Guest." The next image, of the young woman, pops-out, then the next pops-in and the next pops-out. It was a very dramatic effect.

  • Direct-Mail: EVI, conference - postcard, 11.5x5, front-side (see next image for back-side of card)

  • Direct-Mail: EVI, sales - postcard, 11.5x5, back-side (see front-side previous image)
This extra-sized postcard (back-side shown here) was used instead of a more expensive (to produce and mail) brochure. The front-side promoted a continuing medical education conference, wheras this back-side promoted an upcoming book published by the same institution doing CME. Since the intended targets were nearly identical to the mailing list for the event, we combined the two budgets most effectively.
